Born and raised under the warm skies of Arizona, Tracie Parsell grew up surrounded by the beauty of the desert. In 2014, she made a life-changing move to Wyoming, where she married her husband, Drew, and began building both her personal and professional life in a new landscape.
That same year, Tracie started a nursing role as an office nurse specializing in Gastroenterology. Eager to expand her knowledge and advance her career, she pursued further education and, in 2017, proudly graduated with a Master’s in Science of Nursing, with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has since then, continued on in the field of Gastroenterology.
Outside of her professional life, Tracie is deeply committed to her husband and four-year-old son. She thrives on outdoor adventures, often spending her free time exploring the mountains, hiking, and camping in Wyoming’s stunning wilderness. A lover of fitness, she has also dabbled in fitness competitions and marathons blending her passion for health into her personal life.

Virginia Myers is a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant with over 30 years of experience across a variety of medical specialties. A proud graduate of the first class of the South Dakota Physician Assistant Program, Virginia laid a strong foundation for her career by later earning her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska.
Over the course of her career, Virginia has practiced in Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, and now, Gastroenterology. Her diverse expertise reflects her adaptability and commitment to delivering quality care across different medical fields. She believes strongly in patient-centered care, ensuring that patients are actively listened to and fully involved in shared decision-making about their health.
For the past 21 years, Virginia has called Casper, Wyoming, home. She is deeply grateful for the professional and personal growth Casper has offered her. Since moving to Casper in 2004, Virginia and her husband Darin, to whom she has been married since 1991, have embraced everything Wyoming has to offer. Together, they’ve raised their son Bridger, and have traveled and worked in several states before finding their community in Casper. They are proud to live and work in Wyoming, enjoying its natural beauty and tight-knit community.
